I cannot get my pictures of ward members to show. It works fine on my husband's phone. But not on mine. I have an iPhone 15.

I have an Android, but perhaps you can check the same thing on your iPhone. When I open Tools and go to the Settings tile, there are options for "Photos". On my phone, the "Ward or Branch" option is toggled on and greyed-out, indicating that by default all ward/branch pics will automatically be downloaded. I can also then toggle other photo options on/off as desired.

When you check this on your iPhone, do you also see the greyed-out "Ward or Branch" option, and is it toggled "on"? And do you see any pictures, or none at all for your ward?

Perhaps other iPhone users have better understanding of what else might be impacting your ability to see the pictures of ward members, we'll see if anyone else chimes in.
