LDS Tools is Showing the Wrong Reccommend!

Recently, I got interviewed by my Stake President for a living ordinances temple recommend - for the first time; before I used a proxy baptism recommend. Before, I had used a paper recommend but I decided to go for a mobile recommend for the first time. However, in the tools app, my temple recommend shows up as my old youth recommend, not the living ordinances recommend.

I tried:

1. Syncing LDS Tools. Nothing changed.
2. Logging out of LDS Tools and logging back in. Nothing changed.
3. Uninstalling and reinstalling LDS Tools. Nothing changed.
4. I contacted my ward ES about it but when he looked in the Church's system, it showed that I had an adult recommend. But on my phone, my mobile recommend still shows up as the youth recommend.

So, what can I do to make my phone show the right temple recommend? It seems to be some issue on my end, but I have tried everything to fix - and it still doesn't work. I'm going up to the distribution center and the temple this Friday, so I need to fix it soon. I start my mission in a few weeks, so I need to fix this as fast as possible. Do any of you guys know how to fix this issue?

The fastest route to fixing the problem is most likely to ask your ward clerk for the phone number for the Global Services Department. You could search for the phone number, but there are different numbers for different areas.

Did this work? I just switched from a paper recommend to app, my stake president shows my recommend as active but my app still doesn't have the recommend showing. I did all the things to update the app, too, and still no luck.

Do you have an approved photo on your account? If you did, it would show in the ward directory. That's a requirement to use the app for temple recommends.

You might also want to try a Data Refresh in the App. "Sync" doesn't always catch everything.
