Child of Record - More action required

Child of Record - More action required

For the second time this year I have created a new record after a baby blessing, and I am told more action is required for the record to be completed. When I click on the link to complete to the record it tells me the member cannot be found in the unit. I have two outstanding action items with this issue. The action item message says contact membership support if needed. I did that and was told nothing needs to be done, and there is no problem.

How can I get rid of these action items and prevent a similar notification in the future?

I did that and was told nothing needs to be done, and there is no problem.
Call them back and tell them you're still getting the messages and that's a problem.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I contacted them again. They "can't see it... so there isn't a problem."

I'd recommend trying a "Refresh Data" in Member Tools settings to see if it makes the message go away. When Member Tools syncs, it tries to download only the changes, but sometimes that fails. "Refresh Data" forces it to redownload all of the data, which should clear out anything that's stale.
