Hello all!
It appears that network isolation has been turned on for our stake's buildings. We still have wards who are streaming sacrament meeting and using the Mevo cameras to do that. The Mevo's require the ability to perform a peer-to-peer handshake over the network with the phone running the Mevo app and with network isolation turned on we can't do this. The means each ward technology specialist is relying on their phone hot spot to provide the ability to control the camera from it's app. We think that might work, but it is a pretty sizable extra risk and effort for each ward.
I understand the desire to do network isolation, but can we allow these ports and protocols?
UDP Inbound/Outbound: Ports 5353 and 10000 - 20000
UDP Outbound Port 1935
TCP Inbound/Outdound Ports 80, 8080, 8000
Note that we will need to allow Client-to-Client connections including mDNS.
Is that something we can set up?

Call support and let them know. See if they have a plan to allow things to work.

I opened a ticket but haven't heard anything yet. I don't think it's an emergency....

The Service Missionaries will get around to answering your question and let you know they've 'passed it along' to the right team.
