What was the category of the donation? Some items, like Youth Camp are not automatically tax deductible.
If that wasn't it, then most likely the donation wasn't matched to your membership record.

The Donations page user interface has changed from previous years. I have third party donations and view them on the Donations page at the Donations > History > Third-Party Donations menu.brentb76 wrote: Mon Mar 16, 2026 3:46 pm I cannot see Third-Party Donation Tab on my donations page.
If you did not receive a Third Party Donations Acknowledgement Letter (Agency Donation Acknowledgement Letter
to Agency Participant) from the Church for your third party donations then you should contact Treasury Services by email at donations@churchofjesuschrist.org or call 801-240-2554.

My account doesn't show "Third-Party Donations" menu options, but then I've never made any.
