Copy of Patriarchal Blessing for a member not on computer

Post by edclauser »

I am the ministering brother for a 91 yo sister who recently lost her printed copy of her Patriarchal blessing and would like another one printed. She has never signed in to set up an account, uses a flip phone for her cell phone, no computer. I tried setting up an account for her using her Membership number, birth date but when I try to login it is rejected. I believe someone else might have set up an account for her in the past and she was never given the information or forgot. Can her account be reset so I can input new user name and password for her to get in and get her Patriarchal Blessing?
Thank you for any help.

She needs to call the Global Services Department (GSD) for this one. They will only speak to the member for Church Account issues. You can call them to find out if there is an option available to get a paper copy of her blessing mailed to her without using her Church Account.
