Unlock returned missionary phone

a co-worker is trying to unlock the phone his son used while in the field. His access to the missionary portal is gone and he doesn't have access to the email anymore with the unlock instructions. Does anyone by chance have those instructions or know who to contact to get them again? Samsung Galaxy S23, if that helps

Your best bet may be to contact the mission office where he served. They should know the process, or know where to direct you.

You can email missionsupport@churchofjesuschrist.org for help. Before doing so, you might want to try these instructions (from the missionary support site) to factory reset the phone. If you have already tried that and the phone is forcing you back into MaaS360 setup, you will need help from the support team to unlock the device from church management.
