I'm getting a 500 error when I try to log into https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/ for the last few days. I'm trying to set up/repurpose a zoom account for a new seminary class. Does anyone know if there was a change to that website?

It was working when I checked on it Sunday, but by Sunday evening, it wasn't working.

Stakes can only assign an account to a Ward or Branch. Perhaps the rules are different for CES.

I am also trying to access meet.churchofjesuschrist.org and I'm also getting a 500 error today. I've been using this to post zoom links for sacrament meeting to the local broadcasts listings. Is this an outdated approach or is the page just down?

It appears the page is down. It's not outdated (as far as I know).

The site may be busy as it appears they shut down half the Zoom licenses in Canada with an automation that was run when the new Area was opened. So it may just be too many requests trying to access the site. I was opn last night but cannot get in as of 6pm Mountain on Wednesday.

Thanks, It came back up after a day or two. My guess is it was related to them trying to fix the Canada automation issue

This apparently is a persistent issue. This has been down since last Sunday when i was updating all of our Zoom links. It would intermittent connect back and show links but none of them were updated. Then i was able to get one updated, but then they ALL disappeared. They have not reappears all week long and now have no links available for this Sunday and will now need to email them all out to the ward.

Any idea when this is going to get fixed? Does anyone read these tech posts anymore?

If it was down all week, we'd have a flood of messages here. It seems to be working for me.

Either the problem is unit specific, or you're a victim of cookie buildup. Try using private/incognito mode in your browser.

I can get to the main page, but the “Local Units” link (https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/Home/ZoomEnroll) keeps failing to load.

On my iPhone using a Chrome browser, it gave a 504 error. With Safari on the iPhone, it partially showed the page with a “Loading…” message, but then never finished. Similarly, on my Windows 11 laptop, it shows the header and footer of the page, including the message “One Zoom license per unit can be created below. Each license will require a unique email address.” But the various unit accounts don’t show up, and eventually it looks like the loading of that information from a database fails.

I’ve tried multiple browsers on a couple of devices and it just seems like this feature is overloaded and failing to load on a regular basis. Is there a day/time that tends to work better? I get that Sundays are probably the worst day to access the site, but this is a calling and so it’s also the best day to work with other members. It would be great for this to be addressed in some way.

I'm not an STS, so I wasn't able to see anything beyond the message that I can't continue as I'm not an STS. The page did seem to take a long time to load. Trying on Sunday evening (when demand might be lower) or another day would likely help. Sending feedback might be good in case adding server resources might help.
