need SPF

My STS has asked for SPF i do not know what that is or where to purchaseit.

Need more context.

It could be referring to a SPF record in a DNS, listing approved servers for a particular domain.

Or, more likely it's a "Small Form-factor Pluggable transceivers for optical/fiber links (like SFP, SFP+) carrying digital video signals (SDI) over fiber, or sometimes an RJ45 Ethernet SPF module for video over Cat cables".

You'll need to get clarification from your stake technology specialist on what he means by SPF.
Sunscreen with at least SPF 30 is recommended to reduce the chance of sunburn. :)
