We recently helped two new members create a Church account. When we tried to access familysearch.org via a computer with their Church account, we got a "Something Went Wrong. Try again later" error message (screenshot attached). We did try again multiple times over the course of two weeks and we still get this error message. Does anyone know how we can fix this?
This error did not occur when I logged into familysearch.org using my Church account. Nor did it happen to a few other members who have had their Church account for some time now.

I found a solution to this problem. The member needs to create a Family Search account and then connect it to his/her Church record. He'll/she'll then be able to sign into Family Search with his/her Church account. I'm not sure if this is something new or if it's a bug (one could just log into Family Search using his Church account without creating a Family Search account before), but this is a solution.
