Creating a link to a note

I find many times when I read a scripture that I would like to create a link to a note I made previously but I have not found a way to do so and my searches of this forum were unsuccessful.
Right now I copy and paste the note creating a new note. I would rather have one note I link to.

Is this possible and if so how do I do this?
