No tiles on my Home page in the Tools app
I have no tiles on my Home page of my Tools app. I cannot add any tiles. I have an iPhone16.

If you tap your profile picture in the top right and choose Settings, there's an option to "Reset tiles to default colors and positions." Does that bring them back for you?
