Youth quorum and class members not showing up

Hello!

I'm using the Member Tools app on Android (Samsung Galaxy S10+). When I go to the Organization tule, select any of the youth quorumes or classes, I can only see the presidency and adult callings. I cannot see all of the youth in each quorum or class. My wife has a Pixel 3a, and she has a separate tab the says All Members. She can see the youth quorum and class members with that iptiin. Mine doesn't have the All Members tab.

I've uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, then reinstalled the app but no change. Has anyone else seen this problem? (For what it's worth, I'm on the stake high council but this is for my own ward. I know that there are restrictions on who can see youth records for other wards.)

First, I'd make sure you're both on the same version of Member Tools. There was an update this week.

I'm on the current version, and I don't see an "All Members" tab.

You could try a data refresh, but I think the big question is what calling does your wife have? Is it in a presidency?

The availability of the All Members tab is determined by calling. It is not available to the general membership. A calling on the stake high council does not grant access to view youth class or quorum member lists, even for your own ward. See the Help Center article (LCR) Frequently Asked Questions first question titled Why do stake organization leaders and high councilors have only limited access to LCR? for an explanation. The article mentions LCR but the same lack of access in LCR also applies to Member Tools.

My wife is in the stake RS presidency, so unless there are differences in those calling permissions, I think that something else is going on.

I am also not able to see membership in our ward elders quorum. I should be able to see that regardless of calling. I just checked to see if there's an update available, and I'm on the latest version. I also changed phones; now I have a Samsung Galaxy S23+ and I'm still unable to see my own quorum membership.

Some members may have limited their visibility. Depending what country you're in (like the UK), they're set to private by default.
