Local Broadcasts Not Showing:
So with the new year our local sacrament broadcasts are no longer showing at: https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/med ... broadcasts
When I go to https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/Events only two of our sacrament meetings are showing, 2/16/2025 and 6/29/2025. So my assumption is those will show when we are closer to those dates.
When I go to Zoom and log in with our ward information, I see all of the sacrament meetings listed for as long as the calendar will go out.
Any idea why?

Having the same issue. I also tried to set up a whole new webinar, but it won't show up on meet.churchofjesuschrist.org either.

I'd check with your STS to make sure the Zoom login you're using is associated with your ward.jamesmuirhead wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 7:08 pm Having the same issue. I also tried to set up a whole new webinar, but it won't show up on meet.churchofjesuschrist.org either.

I'm pretty sure it's associated because it hasn't changed. Only our meeting times have changed. Also, if it wasn't associated, would we have two meetings showing up or would it be zero?russellhltn wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 7:58 pmI'd check with your STS to make sure the Zoom login you're using is associated with your ward.jamesmuirhead wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 7:08 pm Having the same issue. Editing to add: We had a baptism today, same Zoom login and it was displayed at the "meet" link. So in total today we had a baptism showing up, a sacrament meeting for February and a sacrament meeting for June, but nothing else even though there's a weekly sacrament meeting listed in the Zoom login.

Ok, it sound like you're using the right Zoom account. There has to be a link between the Zoom account and the ward, or else it will go on the wrong page.tonynocchi wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 8:54 pm Editing to add: We had a baptism today, same Zoom login and it was displayed at the "meet" link. Others have reported that only new meetings are showing up. Meetings that existed prior to the link being set up don't carry over. Changes may not carry over either.tonynocchi wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 8:54 pm but nothing else even though there's a weekly sacrament meeting listed in the Zoom login.

Re: Local Broadcasts Not Showing:
I'm pretty sure these are all new meetings as they generated a new Zoom link. One of our assistant ward clerks set it up because his last calling was technology specialist in the ward he was in before he moved here a few months ago. I'm pretty sure he set them up as a recurring meeting because all the info is the same for each and it was done in a matter of minutes. So even the ones that are showing should be the same as the numerous ones that aren't showing.russellhltn wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 9:34 pmOk, it sound like you're using the right Zoom account. Re: Local Broadcasts Not Showing:
The issues I'm aware of is existing meetings don't get picked up, nor do edits. Only new events.
After that, someone has to go to https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/Events and publish the event to make it visible to members.

For us it does not matter. It is both new and edited events that are having issues.russellhltn wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2025 12:47 am The issues I'm aware of is existing meetings don't get picked up, nor do edits. Only new events.
