If you go to the main Church website and click on the Find a Meetinghouse link, you will be able to enter your new address and find your new ward, along with a phone number for the bishop.
The link is also under the little nine-dot menu at the top right of most Church pages, and is called Meetinghouse Locator there.

Did you try the (many) suggestions in this thread, including the post immediately before yours, about how you can easily look this up yourself? Was it successful?LDS Ward Springs Copper Canyon Apartments in tooele ut

Because digging thru a forum can be frustrating to many, here's where you need to go to find your ward.

Type in your address in the search bar in the upper left corner on this page.

See post #36, the one just before your post. Instead of an address, if you don't have one, then enter the name of the ward. Be sure to sign into the app, otherwise no boundaries will appear.

I have an employee that is struggling. Here is his address. My question is how do I find out what ward he resides in and I would like to talk with his bishop. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a lot to choose from: Residential, YSA, SA and a number of language wards. You can send a message to the bishop of choice.
