Hi,
We have a new Ward name and a new Bishop and I want to order some new church stationary(business envelopes, letterhead stationary, etc). Where can I order this?

Envelopes, including tithing envelopes, with Bishop address are no longer printed by the Church, you can get blank tithing envelopes. Just business sized envelopes (maybe, don't see on the store web page right now) and letterhead with the church logo is available as well, not unit specific.mcampbell214 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2024 4:23 pm I went to store.churchofjesuschrist.org and I cannot find where to order envelopes, letterhead. If you are logged into the store web page and are an authorized person, go to units and callings, then wards, branches, stakes and districts, then donation envelopes and stationary.

If you are looking for the pre-printed letterhead with the bishop's name and the pre-printed envelopes with the bishop's name and address, those items are no longer available as of a little over a year ago. You can order the pre-printed letterhead with the Church logo type without the bishop's name in the online store (edit: pre-printed envelopes and letterhead, even with just the Church logo type, are no longer available). The blank envelopes are available through Staples Advantage.
Pre-printed donation envelopes are also no longer available.
Pre-printed donation envelopes are also no longer available.

Re: Church Stationery Order
I'm also a relatively new clerk, and am looking for long stationery envelopes with the plastic address window and the Church's logo on them. I understand that these no longer come pre-printed with the Bishop's address on them, but I haven't been able to find them on store.churchofjesuschrist.org. The only envelopes I can find there are donation envelopes (for tithing, etc.) Do these need to be ordered through the Staples Advantage link you posted? (The other link comes up as page not found)

All preprinted envelopes and stationery (including the stationery with the Church logo type) are no longer available in the online store. Staples never offered preprinted stationery or envelopes. Stationery and envelopes are ordered through Staples Advantage in the U.S. and through eway in Canada. Please note General Handbook, 38.8.8, regarding the Church logo type, wordmark, and symbol use.

Is there any direction on what to do in terms of stationary?

Re: Church Stationery Order
Is this regarding existing unused stationary, or about trying to obtain new stationary? If the latter, I don't believe the Church has made any concrete statement regarding the use of stationary by local leaders. That said, by removing the ability to order it from the Church store, by default it seems the Church doesn't feel it necessary to provide stationary anymore to local units. If a leader feels the need to write a more formal letter (which can happen for various reasons), they can just use a standard method to note their calling and unit info.danhustonii wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2024 11:23 am Is there any direction on what to do in terms of stationary?
