Is it ok that our Sunday School President is living in another ward.
Can members attend meetings in another ward for the reason they don't like their own ward.

It's rare as it requires a number of permissions, but it is possible. If you have a concern about that, you need to speak with your local leaders. No one in this forum holds the keys to that decision.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

And be prepared to perhaps have the Bishop decline to share any confidential details about his decision-making. It is always good to talk with your Bishop about any concerns, but there may be the (very rare) occurrence where it's been gone through all the approval steps, and the reasoning may not be apparent to the general membership.

I'd also point out that there exists what is called an "Out of Unit Membership Record" (GHB 33.6.5). It may be that this is the situation with the SS President in your ward.
