Hi, did you solve the problem? I have the same problem, I tried to clear the cache and delete relevant cookies but it's still the same

1. Your bishop has to start the process.
2. Your Church Account must have your MRN attached to it and it matches the MRN of the member being considered.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

See point #2 from @russellhltn's post immediately before yours. Many times people who have access issues, are using an account that does not have their MRN (membership record number) attached, which could cause what you're seeing.
