If the youth attempting to register is in the US or Canada, please have the bishop go into the approval tool and see if there is a 'move approval' button in the right hand side of the row containing the youth. If it is not there the bishop should call 801-240-3009 ext. 1 to resolve the issue.

I've experienced the "participant approval" link failure since the 19th and left messages - no correction at this point - have been monitoring it all day. Please help correct this issue.

If you're using a web browser, have you tried clearing your browser cache and deleting relevant cookies? Yep. First thing. Didn’t make a difference. Finally got somebody on the phone and they said they plan to open it up again tomorrow noon.

We have registered our 3 daughters for fsy, and we have received confirmation of completion. But the past few days my wife and I have received messages stating that registration is incomplete. We have paid and just want to make sure registration is complete

Being as this is a user-to-user discussion forum, you probably won't get any solid, reliable information on a specific registration case here. Re: FSY session transfer
I am trying to transfer into a different FSY session. When it allows me to click on the session that I want to change into and then hit "next." After that it comes up with a loading symbol and the words "Please wait" then it sits there and loads forever but nothing goes through. What should I do?

I have tried pre-registering and now registering my son using Microsoft and Google Chrome, on mobile, tablet and computer and nothing works for me. I was given a number to call but it doesn't work as well.

As mentioned previously in this thread, the Tech Forum is not a support website, but rather a place for member-to-member discussion and self-help. So hopefully there's another Forum member who can share some helpful suggestions regarding what you can do.
The standard suggestion for these types of situations is to keep trying (I know, not very helpful...). But Church systems are sensitive to system overload (many clerks see this happen on Sundays), and the FSY system last year definitely had overload, especially the first few days it was open for registration.I am trying to transfer into a different FSY session. It might be helpful to state exactly what you are able to do, and at what point it "doesn't work". For example, the Pre-Registration: How-to-Guide lists some steps, are you trying to follow them or do something else? Also, the FSY FAQ lists a phone number you can call during the listed hours for help.
