Husband cannot join circles

Living app downloaded on iPhone XR. When we click on “Join” the the app spins the circle once and then goes back to the join screen. ISO is current and he has plenty of storage. Our internet connection is strong. Any ideas?

Make sure his account is a member account and can access things like Member Tools, ward calendar, etc.

I've been trying for several weeks to get my priests into the priests circle.
18 of them have downloaded the app. Only 6 were able to get into the priests circle. All of the priests are members.

We verified that the same username for login they are using to log into their gospel library is the same username they are using to log into the gospel living app. None of them have the app asking for their MRN, so I'm under the impression that the account they are using is already tied to their MRN.
When they try to "JOIN CIRCLE", nothign happens. For some, the button disappears, but they don't actually join the circle. The button appears again moments later.
Our priests quorum is actually committed to using it (mainly to communicate for activities, lessons, etc). But we can't get most of the quorum into the circle for the priests quorum.

Have submitted several help requests from within the app, but with no luck.

That may not be the best test. I'd expect GL to be open to non-members as well as members. Try using the "Ward Directory and Map" or "Calendar" webpage. If that works, then they have a "member" account and it's associated with your ward.
