URGENT. Cannot login to webcast.ChurchofJesusChrist.org.

Hi there,

webcast.ChurchofJesusChrist.org. does not appear to be working currently. I cannot login, but can login to other church applications.

I did practice runs on thursday, but cannot login today. I need to establish webcasts for today and tommorow's conference!

May you please help? is it out of service worldwide?

I would try calling the Global Services Department. I cannot get the page to load either right now, although our stake no longer uses the Church webcast system.

Thanks for confirming you cannot connect either.

I'm on the line with the Global Services Department, but have not been able to get through just yet unfortunately.

This will be our last conference using WEBCAST, before we move to ZOOM.

Might have been a temporary thing, because this morning I'm able to login without any problem.

I see that the site is down again today, and someone made a comment on one of the other threads on here that a message went out saying it's shut down permanently. Any confirmation of that?

I received an email from the Church stating that webcast would be down until sometime after General Conference.

Ugh. I understand there's a general moratorium on changes two weeks before general conference. It's a long-standing thing. I assume it's to prevent any changes from messing up conference. I'm guessing that fixing this involves "changes".
