LCR access for Assistant Ward Clerk

What access to LCR should I have as an assistant ward clerk?? I’m getting ACCESS DENIED.

I know this is the case. I discovered Friday morning it had finally been entered after being sustained 2 weeks ago. Tried again today and still access denied. I’ll check and see if it got entered correctly as a standard calling rather than a custom calling.

Ok, still struggling with this. Bishop tried switching it to the standard calling, but Ward Assistant Clerk doesn’t show up on the callings list. Here’s a screenshot he sent me and the ward clerk.

Who has to enter this calling? Can the bishop and one of his counselors or the ward clerk take care of it? I know it requires dual approval, but does one of those two have to be a stake leader?

A Custom Calling has no access rights to (General statement here) any LCR options, even if it has the exact same wording as a Standard Calling. Only an appropriate Standard Calling, will give access to LCR.

This is a 'quirk' in the way LCR functions. The callings have probably been 'hidden'.

Instead of finding the member information page and adding the calling on there, you must enter through the calling list side.

Workflow as follows:

Login to LCR

Select Organizations from top menu

Select Bishopric

+ Add Another Calling (bottom right corner)

Select Ward Assistant Clerk, Ward Assistant Clerk - Finance or Ward Assistant Clerk - Membership, whichever is applicable for you.
