Photos not showing in Circles

Our Relief Society Presidency has started sharing our monthly newsletters in the Circles App by sharing a .jpg image of it. Some of the sisters are saying that they can not see the image(s), yet most of them can. Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions on what to do about it? We are trying to get all of the sister to communicate through this great app, but it only works if everyone can see things like this

- Suggested reinstalling the app
- One sister who can't see the newsletter has a Samsung phone
- A different sister who can not see newsletter did see a different image that was shown

You may want to verify that they're running the most recent version of GL on their phone. You might also see if there's a pattern, such as only Android or only iOS has the issue.

Of course, make sure they have the Relief Society circle added and that they are a member of the ward. Also check what account they're trying to use. The church doesn't support sharing an account with a spouse.
