Thank you for your suggestions. However the link you provided does not open. And I CAN access all other sites without problem. And yes I can check CDOL and see myself as the branch president. The problem are facing also some of the candidates who were able to access the site before without any problems.

Good evening, I keep on getting errors when I try to access my own checklist, which means I can't send my checklist to my branch president. Please can you help me out?

Hi, looking for support. I am a stake presy counselor trying to help a bishop. He has a YM that is trying to do his mission papers. The bishop did the first steps and he in the Miss. Online System... show's it's at the "Candidates completing forms" stage. The YM logs in and gets an error: Access Denied, you must have a valid account...and role... but he does have a valid account and role???

Make sure the youth has a MRN on the account he is using. Otherwise the system will consider him a non-member.

Make sure that MRN matches what you have for his membership record, or else the system will think he's someone else.
