start up help
I'm trying to help my son start a profile. He started one but can only see part of a generation. How can I hp him see all the work that has been done on our tree

I think he has to add all the living people to link himself to the first deceased of each line. Make sure he doesn't add a duplicate record for the deceased.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

As russellhltn stated, he will need to add living persons as a "bridge" to his deceased ancestors. They are in his "private" space and need very little information. Then he should find or link to the deceased members through the "bridge". You can give him the record number of his deceased ancestors from your view of FamilyTree to make it easier to add them (you can add them by record number with no other information needed).
