The Organization Section of the Ward Directory Is Not Coming Up

The Organization Section of the Ward Directory does not come up when I am on the church's website on my desk top.

I see the following pop-up message:

E-mailing and viewing lists of members within organizations is now only available to leaders in Leader and Clerk Resources, please contact your organization's leader for assistance.

I think this is new in LCR:

Other than CDOL, I am not sure how we can find the leaders of other wards in our stake.
