terreview, I am having a hard time finding this. Looks like the site is down. Any direction?

As you can see in this post from terreview on 31 August 2016, he said he would "shut down the service on September 12." And it's pretty clear that he did indeed shut it down. He does a good job of explaining his reasons in the post I linked to.
