Forum posts not sorting properly

Hi,

When I go to any forum on this "forum", I see at the bottom of the page it says:

Display topics from previous: "All Topics" Sort by: "Post Time"

But on the page it isn't sorted by the post time... I can't figure out how it is being sorted. See attached image.

I've tried this in Google Chrome and firefox and I get the same behavior.

Am I doing something wrong?

Nevermind... I forgot about "sticky" posts.
