Prospective Elders are automatically added to High Priests

Hi there, I'd like to understand the reasoning as to why prospective elders are automatically assigned to HPG. That way if we wanted to move them out of the group for attendance purposes we could have a better understanding as to what the pros and cons are.

It seems like Prospective Elders are under the stewardship of the High Priests however nearly all of our PEs attend Elders Quorum instead, so I am wondering how accurate our attendance numbers are.

Any reason why I can't move all of the PEs we are working with over into Elders Quorum?

As long as you follow the relevant handbook policies, you can move any particular prospective elder to the Elders Quorum. See this post.
