			: In the Toolbox area at the bottom of the page, use the Upload File link to upload the file. As for how to link to the file, you'd want the link to match the existing structure of the page, so I'd recommend just copying a row and making changes as appropriate. You can also refer to the MediaWiki help topic for [http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Images Images], which is actually broader than just the topic of images.

			: I'm not sure what you are intending to add to this page, but since this page is labeled as containing files for the [[Technology Training User Group]], I'd hope that you are a member of that group and/or have permission from that group to add files here.
