URL Blocked when on Liahona building internet

We recently set up an online Sacrament Meeting program / bulletin. However the URL the member used to publish that bulletin is blocked by whatever dns filtering service the church uses for Liahona. Is there somebody we can contact to get a certain address unblocked or whitelisted?
