(RBAC: role-based access control)
I'm the new tech specialist for my stake, and have information (e.g. Lehi wifi password) that must be disseminated to many people in the stake based on their calling. I'd prefer to share a document that contains the password rather than emailing the password directly to so many people. And I don't even have permissions to use the online membership directory to blast emails out by org/group.
So my question is: does the Church offer any way to share documents to people based on their current calling? I'd love to have a document that is always available to say, for example, the stake presidency, high council, maybe some bishoprics,... such that when someone loses a calling they lose access and their replacement automatically picks up access.
