I ran a membership audit. I received the follow under the exceptions for two members, ???mbr-audit.e03???. That is all it says. I cannot find what this exception means and therefore can't correct it. Does anyone know what ???mbr-audit.e03??? means?

Just to cover the bases, you try again, this time using incognito mode in the browser.

There's a good chance that either the servers were having a hiccup, or the dreaded cookie buildup hit. Both are easily fixable on your end.

I have the same issues with the membership audit. ???mbr-audit.e03??? Were any of you successful in finding out how to clear these?

Did they tighten the audit parameters?

I am getting the error, ???mbr-audit.e03??? on the same records that had no errors on the previous membership audit.
For my cases it may be caused by missing "Birth place" (and/or country) ?
(Temporarily add a birth place & country on the record and see if the error goes away. Don't forget to remove the birth place/country until you have the correct information!)

I've also gotten an error, ???mbr-audit.w01??? on a newly moved in record.
Which it says is a problem with how the nonmember spouses Surname is recorded.

Returing here to add to my post;

After I posted the above, I left the errors (exceptions) as they were (uncorrected) and submitted the audit.

I received the message "No exceptions were identified during the audit submitted 12 Jan 2025."

I followed the directions by MurdockM for the following:

"For my cases it may be caused by missing "Birth place" (and/or country) ?
(Temporarily add a birth place & country on the record and see if the error goes away. Don't forget to remove the birth place/country until you have the correct information!)"

By adding the temporary "Birth Place" and "Country," we were successfully able to submit the audit.

Hope this helps for others!

To clarify, I did NOT submit the membership audit with my temporary birth place and country patches in place. I only added them pre submission to figure out what was causing the error messages.
I removed them before submitting the audit. The audit was submitted, warts and all.

Despite multiple exceptions reported pre-submission, no exceptions were reported post submission.
