Anyone ever had a problem with the Patriarchal Blessing System not recognizing the Chinese language? Patriarch has called the help line several times with no success. He wants to send the hard copy to Salt Lake in the mean time or simply cut and paste the Chinese characters into the English language submission, but is not getting anywhere.
