Call the Global Services Department, they can do that for you. Your ward clerk should be able to give you the phone number for them.michellepeterson wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2024 12:50 pm How do I disable the two step verification on MY OWN account?

Re: Disabling two-step verification
Assuming you can still get into your account, and you're not a church employee or someone that is required to have two-step, you should be able to go to "Account" by clicking on the blue orb with your initials at the top of the page, or by going to account.churchofjesuschrist.org
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
