Correcting incorrect ordination information

I was recently made aware that a ward member's ordination record to the office of Elder needs a correction. In the system, the ordination was performed by an individual that didn't actually perform the ordination. I was provided a copy of the original ordination and confirmed that the person who actually performed the ordination is different. Is there any way to correct the ordination record to show that the right person performed the ordination? (This ordination took place more than 30 years ago and the member is just now realizing this correction needs to be made after recently reviewing the hard copy of their ordination)

For something like this the Global Service Department (GSD) will need to make the record correction.
