Member moved in, not showing on move in report
We successfully moved in a member (related to existing ward members) but have not seen him show up on the New Move-In report. Thoughts? It has been over a week.

Re: Member moved in, not showing on move in report
We had this happen in our unit in October. We sent in a bug report to GSC. They asked us to provide some information so they could verify that they had been successfully moved into the ward but weren't showing up on the move in report. (member name and record number) after researching it they said it was a known issue in LCR that affected a small number of wards. We have since had other records sent to our ward that have shown up on the move in report, but we have not had the opportunity to request records and see if the issue has been resolved.

Re: Member moved in, not showing on move in report
The issue is still being worked on. Even after the issue is fixed for a unit it sometimes comes back. This was an issue for our ward in the spring time this year; was fixed briefly in late summer; and is back for all look-backs except the one month look-back.
The work around for the LCR Members Moved In report is to create the same report as a custom report in Create a Report. The custom report will have to be edited for different look-back periods as those look-backs are needed. It was this lack of efficiency that prompted the more useful and easier to use Members Moved In report.
There was also a period of time for our ward where the member records that moved into our ward that showed their move-in date as weeks, and sometimes months, before it was actually moved in. So now I always check member records for move-in date accuracy as they are moved into the ward.

Some improvements can be bugs. But no bugs are improvements.
