Seperated Spouse still in Membertools with family

We've moved out the records of a father/husband to a different ward, and he lost his membership, but he's still showing up living with the family in their house in member tools (he doesn't exist in LCR anymore). Yes, membertools sync does not fix it. The wife keeps getting asked if they're back together again. It's painful for her. How do I get him not showing up as part of the family in member tools.

If they are still married, I think he will show as her spouse even if his record is no longer in the ward. I believe you can call the GSD and ask them to suppress his info.
