Member Tools - no web browser available

Member tools is suddenly not allowing me to log in. When I went to access it, it asked me to sign in for the first time in a very long time - normally it just opens up with my fingerprint or my pin. But when I tried to sign in, I got a message that says "no web browser available" . Which doesn't make any sense because I'm actively on wi-fi, and have a data plan, so there should be plenty of connectivity. Anyone else having this problem? It feels like an update got pushed that didn't quite make it all the way through. I'm planning on uninstalling the app if it doesn't clear up in another 24 hours.

Member Tools may require a log on after certain updates. This last update did require me to log on again instead of using biometrics or pin.

I did not have the same experience.

What web browser do you have set as default? I'm thinking Member Tools can't find the browser program.

When I try to open Tools, it tries to open in a browser, but not my default browser. It seems to want to open in a Samsung browser which I have disabled, and I have no way to direct it to open in my default browser, which is Firefox. The app is now totally useless.

There could be a problem introduced during an update either to your device operating system or an update to the app. If that is the case then uninstall the app, reboot your device, and reinstall the app from the Play Store.
