Bishopric Circles
I've been the Ward Clerk since June 2024. Our Bishopric is trying to get everyone to get on circles. They've invited me to the Bishopric group, I even got the notification that I was added to the circle. However it will not show up on my circles list. The app won't let me sign out either. I've even tried to remove my account to try and re-sign in. I undownloaded the app and redownloaded it. This didn't work either. I've submitted a couple of feedback requests to no avail. I have an Iphone 14 with IOS 18. I'm in the Northeast Midwest, Ohio/Indiana/Michigan region. Anyone got any tips or tricks to try and get this to work?

You might try uninstall, reboot, then install.

Re: Bishopric Circles
I'm not a "Circles" user, but the app not letting you sign out does seem problematic. If you do get the signout issue resolved but you still don't see the Bishopric Circles issue resolved, an idea might be to try the following:
* Have a Bishopric member sign out of Circles on his phone, then have you try signing in on his phone. If that works and you see yourself in the Bishopric Circle, you know it's something specific to your phone. And if it doesn't, then somehow it's related to your account.

I have an IOS 7 and the Bishopic Circle requires a version I cannot download.
The same think happens with other important LDS apps. Is there a way to get around this without being forced to buy a new phone? Thanks,

Unlike Member Tools or Gospel Library, there's currently no web page that can be used as a substitute. So, I can't think of any way around upgrading to get Gospel Library.Dkirkpat4830 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2024 9:10 am Is there a way to get around this without being forced to buy a new phone?
