Casting from Chrome Browser on Windows 11

1) I can cast from my Samsung Phone (Galaxy S21 5G) to a Chromecast device (Google Chromecast 3) connected to my television.
2) I can cast random pages (text and images only) from my Windows 11 computer to the same Chromecast device.
3) If I connect to one of the conference sessions (for example, https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/stu ... n?lang=eng), that contains an embedded video player with a Chromecast icon (appears after the video starts playing), trying to cast by clicking on that icon fails. The television screen (connected to the Chromecast device) goes black and no connection is made.
4) If I cast from the Chrome browser (I can cast the entire screen or a single tab from a random page) (text and images) to the television, and then switch the browser to the tab from #3, above, the cast immediately stops, the television screen turns black and an the cast stops.
I have made sure that my chrome browser is up-to-date (Version 129.0.6668.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)). I disabled or removed all Chrome extensions and restarted Chrome. I cleared the cache and cookies. All devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network on the 2.4 GHz band. The Chromecast device's firmware is up-to-date.
I have tried the Edge Browser (also up-to-date, with no extensions), with the same results.
Any ideas why I can't get it to cast from my Windows 11 computer?
