Messages and Events not showing up

I am having a problem with circle messages and events not showing up when I open the app. I can see the list of all the circle messages, but when I click into it, it says "no shared content." When I try to send feedback in the app, I get the error message: "There was an error submitting your feedback. Please try again." I've tried about ten (or more) times on different days to send the feedback, log out and back in, delete the app, and redownload, but I still have the same problem.

After clicking around for several minutes, things will eventually populate (events and circle messages). But it's frustrating to have this problem daily, when it was working before. I am accessing it via an iphone 14 pro max. I am using operating system 17.7.
