Hello I have been reinstated to go back on mission and I have been reassigned to go in a different mission but I haven't received my mission call I waited for it for now it's four months and they need it before I go to my new assigned mission how can I be helped please?

Speak with your bishop, or even possibly your stake president. They should be able to find out if there is an issue or some kind of delay.
