I served my mission last year 2020-2022 and I was Assigned in Thailand Bangkok Mission. I received my Immunization in MTC last 2019-2020. I am looking forward for your help and grant my request of my immunization record.

This is a user-to-user discussion forum. It's very unlikely anyone with any ability to grant your request will ever see this thread. You will probably get better response if you contact the MTC or perhaps the Missionary Department directly.

My name is Andrew Parker and I served my mission in Oklahoma city, Oklahoma in 2022-2023. I am requesting my immunization shot records that I submitted to my mission portal.

As the post immediately before yours says, this is a user-to-user discussion forum and it is very unlikely anyone with any ability to grant your request will ever see this thread.

I would suggest that you ask your clerk for an email address for the MTC or perhaps the Missionary Department and ask them if they are able to send you the information.

You can ask, but frankly I'd be a bit surprised if they kept that information past completing your mission.
