Syncing not updating all information

does anyone else have this issue? I sync and not all info gets updated. I even logged out and back in, still I cannot see all the information that I can see when logging in on the web. I've heard many times that people have to completely uninstall the app (iphone) and reinstall it before it fully syncs information. What can we do to get this fixed?

When syncing doesn't update all data try the 'Refresh Data' feature found in the Settings menu. Sunday is not a good day to do either syncing or refresh data with the load issues found on that high load day.

Specific to that question, I don't believe there's anything you can do to completely "fix" this issue. I do a data refresh from time-to-time, just because I've realized that I usually don't immediately notice when there's incorrect data in my Tools app. So definitely do what @jdlessley suggests, but also be aware that there's definitely a likelihood that a data mismatch will appear again in your Tools app at some future point.

It would be nice if the Church was able to ensure that data mismatches would be automatically resolved with a standard sync, but once a mismatch occurs, that standard sync doesn't appear to ever resolve things.
