I just tried and got the tithing slip.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I've seen a couple of folks comment on this on Facebook as well. But it just worked for me when I tried it. Must have been a temporary outage that has been resolved now.
