transfer membership records to a new ward

How do I transfer my membership records to a new ward?

Before your record can be moved you need an address within the new ward boundaries. If you have the address before you move you can contact the old ward clerk and give him the new address and he can move your record to the new ward. If you will find your knew home after moving then you will have to wait until you find your new address and then contact the new ward clerk and give him your address and he will move your record into the new ward.

You can’t move your own record, unless you have an appropriate calling.

Contact the Ward or Membership Clerk in your new ward. Or ask the Clerks in your old ward to do the honours.
