What is the best way to report broken video links on various church web pages?

One example is at the following site for leaders in bishopric callings:

Both videos in additional resources are broken links.

The best way to report it is to use the Feedback link at the bottom of the page in question.

I would include a link to the page in case that's not part of what gets reported.
