How do I change my address

If you mean your residence/mailing address(es) in your membership record, if I understand correctly you need to have your ward membership clerk or ward clerk do that. If you can't contact a clerk, contact your bishop or branch president.

If you mean a different address stored elsewhere, please indicate more precisely where the address is stored that you want to change.

I am guessing you are trying to change your address through your Church account. Your address must be changed in your membership record. That is currently done through Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR).
