[bug] temple recommend stastus not showing entries with exiration = Unknown

hi,
apologies if there is some space where to report bugs officially, but so far i have not found one.
It appears that the (android) app does not show temple recommend status for members *if the expiration date is unknown*.
This affects the "temple recommend status" as well as the tab "membership info" when view a person's data.
This got me quite confused today when talking to a couple today in my calling as bishop, where this was the case.
PS: I dont how why that value exists at all -- my guess a data migration problem, but i quick-checked it against the LCR webseite and the top ~10 members with UNKNOWN are not shown in the app.

In addition, while preparing this ticket i noticed that the same problem exists in LCR on

but not on
https://lcr.churchofjesuschrist.org/tem ... s?lang=eng
As a consequence, if u just filter on the 1st LCR page for those that are expired, you will not see all that have no current recommend.

The method to report issues or provide feedback for the mobile Member Tools app is to us the in-app Send Feedback feature found in the Help menu. Reporting it here in the Tech Forum just opens the issue to discussion and possible work-arounds, if any are known to exist.

yea i saw that -- but that is a terrible DX! i dont want to write this all up on a small device! Also there is no way to add attachments etc.
In the end i opened a ticket with servicenow.

When you open a ticket, it has been suggested in other posts that you can point to these threads to give additional information for whomever is assigned to investigate. I don't know if that works, though - haven't tried it myself.
